Free technical support for SQLphone Interactive Voice Response Software
SQLphone provide free technical support for all pre-sales and new product purchases for a period of 12 months.
After 12 months, we recommend that clients continue to support their software through a one-year, renewable,
SQLphone Support Contract.
Annual SQLphone Support Contract
It's easy to forget how essential technical support services are, until you are up against a project deadline
and require immediate technical assistance. Although you may often be able to deal with everyday troubleshooting issues,
what happens when you come across a completely new problem you can't resolve? Additionally, keeping up-to-date with the
latest software releases can be a time consuming process.
When you invest in a SQLphone Support Contract, you ensure the continued success of your business initiatives
by staying up-to-date with the latest software technologies, supported by the professionals who built the SQLphone product.
- Free SQLphone product upgrades
- Unlimited technical support via email or phone
- Free license exchange when changing Dialogic cards due to upgrading/migrating servers or faulty cards
Cost for 2017
$895 per annum for single license users.
Multiple license users, please contact us for a quotation.
Your Support Contract will run from the day payment is received and last for 12 months.
Your contract is optionally renewable on an annual basis.
We will automatically contact you one month before your Support Contract expires to offer you a renewal.
Free SQLphone product upgrades
All clients who have purchased a Support Contract are eligible to receive, at no additional charge,
free upgrades of SQLphone software during the period of the Support Contract.
Clients will be automatically notified via email of the availability of new SQLphone versions
to download so you can take advantage of the new features and improvements.
Please note: The purchase of a Support Contract does not guarantee upgrades during a contract year.
SQLphone Ltd will only issue upgrades it considers of benefit to its clients and that have passed rigorous testing procedures.
Unlimited technical support via email or telephone
The SQLphone Support Department will respond to all email or telephone queries within 24 hours,
and will endeavour to provide a solution within 48 hours.
As problems are usually of a technical nature, we advise clients to email rather than telephone.
Technical support for clients without a Support Contract
Clients who do not have a Support Contract can receive technical support at our discretion,
or charged at an agreed hourly rate. Please contact SQLphone for further details.
Software upgrades for clients without a Support Contract
Clients who wish to upgrade to latest SQLphone product versions may purchase a support contract at any time.
