HRphone is a custom solution developed using SQLphone IVR software.
Whilst fully functional 'out of the box' it is also completely customisable to meet your specific needs.
Can HRphone handle any type of absence?
Yes. HRphone is flexible and can support as many absence options as you need to specify.
Vacations, sick leave, emergency leave, etc. can easily be added as well as absence duration/dates.
Can I change the voice messages?
Yes. You can record your own voice messages, or arrange for professional voice recordings, or we can supply custom voice messages.
How do my employees identify themselves?
By keying-in their ID number on the phone. HRphone can support any kind of numeric ID. For example: employee badge number or Social Security number. (The last 4 digits of employee Social Security number is a popular choice)
Can HRphone work with my existing IT?
Yes. HRphone can easily be set up to automatically log absence details directly into your existing employee database.
Is HRphone absence data secure?
Yes. HRphone runs on your existing office computer network, and sits behind your existing security policy.
Is there a limit to the number of calls HRphone can deal with at any one time?
It is only limited by the number of phone lines allocated. Based on the number of employees using HRphone we can help you calculate the optimum number of phone lines required.
Is HRphone an out-sourced service?
No. HRphone runs on a PC located in your office, using your office phone lines. So HRphone operation is totally under your control.
How do I deploy HRphone at my company?
Can HRphone manage internal as well as external calls?
What support is available?
All email and phone technical support is free for the first 12 months. Thereafter an annual support contract is available.
Is it easy to generate daily/weekly/monthly reports?
Yes. You can use your favourite reporting software to create reports from the raw absence call data. Or we can develop custom reports for you.
